1. Monthly plans
Cancel any time with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, and we complete the content scheduled for that period.
2. Onboarding fee
The $199 onboarding fee is non refundable once strategy and setup work begins.
3. Project deposits
Deposits are fully refundable within 48 hours if no work has started. After work begins, deposits are non refundable.
4. Content shoots
Reschedule free with 72 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit 50% of the shoot fee.
5. Ad spend
Ad spend is paid to the ad platform directly and is subject to that platform's policies.
6. Satisfaction
If a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, tell us within 7 days and we will revise it within your included rounds.
