1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging Media Den Live Inc, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or statement of work may add specific terms for your project.
2. Services
We provide social media management, graphic design, video, branding, advertising management and related creative services as described in your plan or proposal.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and the necessary account access. You confirm you have rights to any materials you give us to use.
4. Approvals
Content is published after your approval. If you do not respond within 3 business days, we may publish approved calendar items or pause posting at our discretion.
5. Fees and payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance. Project work requires a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery. Late invoices may pause services.
6. Revisions
Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in your plan or quote. Additional revisions are billed at $65 per hour.
7. Ownership
After full payment you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep ownership of working files, templates and tools, and may show work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. See the content usage policy.
8. Results
Social media and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, reach, leads or sales.
9. Platform rules
All content must follow the rules of each social platform. We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes or account actions taken by a platform.
10. Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. See the refund policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Broward County.
